Gerge Parker

George Parker

CEO

George Parker serves as CEO of Krames StayWell. George joined the company in 2001 and is based in the company’s Yardley, PA office. With over 30 years of publishing experience, George has previously held executive level positions at Simon and Schuster, Times Mirror, and Wolters Kluwer. As Senior VP at Mosby (the healthcare division of Times Mirror now part of Elsevier Health Sciences), he had P&L responsibilities for all medical publishing worldwide. In that capacity, he ran sales, marketing and editorial offices in Chicago, St. Louis, London and Philadelphia. At Wolters Kluwer’s CCH unit, he served as Publisher, Healthcare, also with full P&L responsibilities for information services pertaining to Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and the FDA. George holds a B.A. in History from the University of Bridgeport.


Trent Sterling

President

As President of KramesStaywell, Trent has responsibility for management of the development, sales and delivery of solutions for the provider and payor channels as well as the application development and technical infrastructure groups. Previously, Trent served as the President and CEO of StayWell Custom Communications. He also served as President of MediMedia’s e-business and Web development division, which was created to develop and manage company-wide web-based strategies and solutions. Trent joined MediMedia in 2001 through its acquisition of DoHealth, a pioneer e-health company he co-founded. Before the founding of DoHealth in 1996, Trent spent time working for Arthur Andersen’s Healthcare Consulting Practice, Brim Healthcare, and Medicode/Ingenix. Trent holds masters’ degrees in both health care administration and business administration from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah.


Kristin Pearson

President, Strategic Partnerships Division

As President of Krames StayWell Strategic Partnerships Division, Nancy maintains overall responsibility for the association channel. Based in the Yardley, PA office, Nancy joined the company in 2001, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of StayWell Health and Safety Solutions. Nancy’s publishing experience spans more than 20 years and has focused on general management, business development and strategic business partnerships in U.S and international non-profit and higher education markets. Prior to joining the organization, she held a progression of executive sales and marketing positions at Dow Jones and Company; Times Mirror International Publishers; and Mosby (the healthcare division of Times Mirror now part of Elsevier Health Sciences). She holds a B.S. degree in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University.


Bill Moore

Bill Moore

President, Specialty Channel

Bill Moore serves as President for the Krames StayWell Specialty Channel. Bill originally founded Vitality Communications in 1992, which he sold to MediMedia in 1999. With the original Vitality Communications Company now fully integrated within Krames StayWell, Bill oversees the development of print and interactive health information communications for medical societies and associations. Prior to launching Vitality Communications, Bill served as CFO and Executive Vice President for a series of organizations, helping oversee more than 25 mergers and acquisitions ranging from Pella Windows and Doors to diesel engine distributors, and to the largest Ditch Witch distributor in the US. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant. Bill holds a BS degree in business administration and accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina.


Sue Lewis

Executive Vice President, Payor Solutions Group

Sue Lewis serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Krames StayWell Payor Channel. Sue has more than 20 years of experience in population health management, health publishing and interactive health solutions serving commercial health plans and employers. Prior to joining KSW, she was President of Lewis Health Strategies, LLC, a consultancy serving PHM providers, employers and health plans with strategic planning, business development, product development, and marketing. Sue was Senior Vice President of IncentOne where she led the company’s healthcare incentive administration division. Before IncentOne, Sue served in a variety of leadership roles at OptumHealth, including Vice President of Strategic Business Development, Vice President of Health Management Products and Director of Health Plans and Government sales. Her career experience also includes executive sales and marketing positions at Gordian Health Solutions, Lexant, LLC, and Madison Publishing Corporation, a leading custom publishing company acquired by Mosby in 1996. Sue holds a B.S degree from the University of Vermont and earned her M.Ed. from The George Washington University.


Kristin Pearson

Kristin Leonard Pearson

Executive Vice President, Content Publishing, Corporate Communications

Kristin Pearson has leadership responsibility for all content and publishing activities for Krames StayWell and also oversees the organization’s corporate communications. She leads the custom account management, editorial, design, print innovation, and production operations for the company, including the development of all patient education and custom content. In her more than 25 years of professional experience, Kristin served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Health Newsletters Direct when it was acquired by MediMedia, and later became StayWell Custom Communications. She has also served as Vice President of Planning and Network Development for a Chicago-area hospital, where she led all marketing, strategic planning and community relations initiatives. Kristin’s health care experience includes marketing leadership for a large health care system, and service line leadership for women’s health for a major academic medical center. In addition, she has worked in management consulting, financial analysis, and medical publishing with the New England Journal of Medicine. Kristin holds a master of business administration degree (MBA) in corporate strategy and marketing from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree (BA) in economics from Wellesley College.


David Bennett

David Bennett

Senior Vice President, Technology & Professional Services

As the Senior Vice President of Technology and Professional Services, Dave oversees the company’s product development, technology and professional services. Before joining the organization, Dave was Director of Web Resource Services at the Medical University of South Carolina's (MUSC) Hospital Authority, and Chairman of the Web Committee for Health Sciences South Carolina (HSSC). Prior to joining the Medical University in 2003, Dave was Vice President for Business Development at Bio-Reference Laboratories (BRLI), where he also served as a Vice President at BRLI’s wholly owned subsidiaries, CareEvolve.com and its health informatics company, PSIMedica. He has worked with Elsevier International Medical News Group as a consultant for Web 2.0 strategies, and has served as an Executive Panel Member for McKinsey’s Online Quarterly. Dave is a nationally known expert on the subject of the internet and healthcare, and routinely speaks at national meetings on the topic. He has also authored numerous articles and publications on consumer internet strategies. Dave attended The Citadel, Medical University of South Carolina, Wharton School and the Warwick Business School.


John George

John George

Senior Vice President, Interactive Sales & Client Services, Provider Solutions

John George oversees all interactive sales and client service activities for Provider Channel clients. He has extensive experience in consumer health information solutions, clinical healthcare solutions, healthcare revenue cycle services and financial products, as well as pharmaceutical relationship management software. Prior to joining KSW, John served as Senior Vice President of Sales at A.D.A.M., Inc., where he led the company's sales organization and placed particular focus on customer relationship management and client retention. He also served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Per-Se Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare software technology firm acquired by McKesson Corporation in January 2007. In addition to his sales role, John served as Per Se's Senior Vice President and CTO of Research and Development, overseeing all software development efforts. Prior to his engagement with Per Se, he held the role of Vice President of North American Operations for Synavant, a large developer of PRM/CRM solutions for the pharmaceutical industry that was acquired by Dendrite. He holds both a B.S. and an A.S. degree from St. Joseph’s.
